African American Text Set Literary Collections

These collections are carefully selected to reflect the breadth and diversity of African American literature including poetry, biography, fiction, and plays. Each collection includes both classic and up-to-the-minute, contemporary literature that is both content and reading-level appropriate for the specified grade range.

Each Text Set is available as a set of 100 or 150 titles, and includes Skills Cards for 30 students to support content learning. African American Text Set Literary Collections are available from grades K through 12.
