Integrates Your Balanced Literacy Program
With comprehensive grant support, including grant-writing assistance, American Reading Company works with school leaders and principals to implement a continuous improvement model for literacy (in English and Spanish) by leveraging existing resources and training teachers to teach with materials aligned to the CCSS.

Increase the oral language and pre-literacy skills of participating preschool children.
Increase the performance of participating K-2 students on early reading assessments.
Increase the percentage of participating students who meet or exceed proficiency on the State English Language Arts Assessments in Grades 3-12.
Increase the use of data and data analysis to inform all decision making in participating districts, campuses, classrooms, and early learning settings.
