Responsibilities

  • Ensure that each library collection meets exacting quality standards and incorporates the best Spanish titles in print specific to the topic and instructional purpose;

American Reading Company is seeking an intelligent, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about education to be a member of our curriculum design team. This is a great fit for an experienced educator with curriculum writing experience who is well-versed in the thinking behind the Common Core Standards and is familiar with the Backward Design model of curriculum development. Experience writing standards-based language arts, social studies, or science curriculum is required. Experience successfully implementing Action 100, 100 Book Challenge or Research Labs programs is preferable.
