Full-time employees make a minimum wage of $15 an hour, 100% above the federal minimum.
ARC distributes 10% of company profits amongst full-time employees who have worked there for at least one full year.
Open Book Policy
We want our employees to be an integral

ARC offers an on-site, sliding scale, staff nursery to team members. To promote multilingualism, it is a Spanish-speaking only environment.
Our employees wear their VITAL ENERGY to work every day, and closed toed shoes in the warehouse. One day, each week, our meeting area turns into a Yoga studio for staff.
Full-time employees receive a 50-book home library customized for their children’s interests and reading levels, every calendar year.
