Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Become an internal expert on ARC products and packaging.
  • Triage customer concerns to determine the best person for solving each issue, whether it is an issue of simply needing more information about a product, a shipping process etc, a small error that can be easily replicated by fulfillment, or a larger problem that may require multiple people or teams to resolve.
  • Collaborate on the logistics of exchanges and returns.
  • Collaborate with the Operations, Sales, and Program teams in any other ways needed to ensure that customers' concerns are resolved completely and result in a better relationship between the customer and ARC.

We're looking for a full stack developer who will enhance our business systems with custom functionality. Over the years, we have built several web-based customizations that talk to our off-the-shelf business systems through APIs and direct database connections. These customizations help employees complete work quickly and accurately. In the full stack developer role, you will continue this tradition of enhancement.

Our business systems are managed, customized, and supported in-house. If you have the skillset for this unique opportunity, you'll be able to work with an amazing team of system administrators and developers.

Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales, and in some cases through delivery and implementation.
  • Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking and special events.
